Women of PASSIONS is committed to strengthening the hands of Pastor George Kaye and his wife, Minister Velma Kaye, President of Women of PASSIONS ~ Kenya, as they minister day in and day out without the committed financial support of any organization.
Pastor Kaye oversees several churches in some of the most impoverished regions in central and western Kenya, traveling constantly to minister to the people and to bring them hope in the Name of Jesus Christ. Velma is a powerful minister in her own right, making personal contact with women near and far, going into their homes, teaching the Word, praying for the women and their families, and counseling them in marriage and family relationships.
This precious family has no income outside of God's provision. In 2005, Women of PASSIONS provided the funds to begin a poultry farm to not only feed them but to help support them as they raise money through poultry and egg sales. The family has no means of transportation and must depend on the unreliable and very uncomfortable public transportation to travel to the many churches they oversee. They live a very simple life while trusting God for all their needs.
Sister Velma has serious health problems that have not yet been properly diagnosed. The medical services available to them in Kenya are very limited. Women of PASSIONS has provided a full-time housekeeper to help her with the burden of the daily household chores so her energy and strength can be preserved for ministry outreaches.
In Kenya, the children are required to attend school. It is mandatory that the children wear uniforms and that the tuition be paid in a timely manner or the children are unable to attend until the tuition is paid.
For these reasons, we need you to partner with us to provide for this family and others like them who are in full-time ministry and are unable to provide for their families because of their sacrificial lifestyle.
